Maxie Beatty retired June 30, 2015 after 32 years of service with Pickett County EMS. Mr. Beatty was also the director. He was presented with a watch and small statue commemorating his service by the Gary Peters, President of the Upper Cumberland EMS Directors Association. Mr. Beatty was an integral part of the association for many years. His many efforts and contributions were appreciated.
